From 1986-1995 the Maui office was a Satellite location for Trading Places International. As the only independent office for Trading Places International the business was marketed, managed and run on a daily basis by its present owners. Maturity and growth over nine years led to the buy out in 1995. In that time an unprecedented customer loyalty was created due to a business ethic based on clear communication, integrity, personal service and fairness. Having a vision of growth while maintaining the moral standards that have made the business a success is a commitment made by the owners to themselves and the customers they serve.
ABOUT THE OWNER
Nancy Benson - Nancy Benson has been working in the timeshare industry for the past 32 years. Originally working for the Developer of the Maui Hill Resort (Kraus-Anderson Development Company), she was educated in Sales and Marketing and owner services for the timeshare owners.
ABOUT THE SERVICE
As the timeshare industry changed and grew it became apparent that providing more customer service was necessary. Trading Places International (TPI) is a leading timeshare exchange company and Kraus – Anderson, came to an agreement to educate and authorize Nancy to become an exchange agent for TPI. This provided a much needed alternate exchange company for the Maui Hill Resort.
20 years ago Nancy Benson and Sharon Paley became independent from TPI, by purchasing Trading Places Maui (TPM). Their company continues to enjoy steady and stable growth thanks to their experienced and reliable team. TPM competes successfully in the ever growing and competitive market of exchange services and maintains an excellent reputation. Their success hinges on offering what all clients want; a successful, affordable, simple and tailor made vacation exchange, guided by a friendly and knowledgeable agent.
In 2008, with Nancy's experience in Sales and Marketing, she decided to expand her expertise and obtain her Brokers License. Working with Lea Properties, Inc. she assists the Maui Hill owners with the resale of their timeshare weeks and the homeowners association to sell their foreclosed inventory. With her well rounded knowledge of developer sales and marketing, owner services, timeshare exchanges, and resale’s, if you have a timeshare question, she will have the answer for you.

Two Year Banking Credits
Each deposit comes with an automatic two-year credit. If you need to travel against a week beyond its expiration date, you can do so via our simple extension program.
No Guest Certificate Fees
Your guests are our guests; there is no additional charge for friends or family to use your time.

If you wish to upgrade to a larger unit than you own, we can accommodate your request via our upgrade program: See Upgrade Program. If you have a week that has expired or is about to, we offer an extension program.

If the number of guests traveling exceeds your room occupancy, simply request to upgrade your unit size, the fees are as follows:

No longer lose unused weeks. You can purchase a one-year extension on any banked or expired deposit for just $129.00 per week. Weeks may be extended as many times as needed.
